Refund Policy

Prepaid Service

RebelText is prepaid. You pay a monthly plan fee, any one-time and add-on fees, and you add funds to your account balance by card. Messaging charges are deducted from that balance as you send and receive. Our Terms & Conditions set out every price and fee.

All charges are for digital services delivered immediately, and are final and non-refundable except as set out below.

What Is Not Refunded

We do not refund:

  • Plan fees, including for a partial month, or for a month in which you did not use the Services. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current month.
  • The setup fee, number block fees, or additional API key fees.
  • Messages sent, including messages that were undelivered, rejected or filtered by a carrier, sent to an invalid or unreachable number, or that never received a final delivery report. We are charged for every message we submit to a carrier.
  • Charges for messages sent before a suspension. If your account is suspended, charges for messages already sent are not refunded.
  • Your remaining balance if we close your account for a breach of our Terms & Conditions. It is forfeited.

When We Refund

  • Messages that never reach a carrier. If a message fails before we submit it to a carrier, because of an error on our side, its charge is returned to your balance automatically.
  • Billing errors. If we charged you incorrectly, we will correct it.
  • Remaining balance when we close your account for a reason other than a breach of our Terms. You may ask for the unused balance to be refunded to your original payment method.

Any other refund request is reviewed case by case, at our discretion.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@rebeltext.com from the email address on your account, with your account name, the charge, and the reason for your request. We aim to reply within five business days. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method.

Please contact us before opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank. Our Terms & Conditions explain how chargebacks are handled.
